Association of Women in Agriculture Residence Hall
Madison, Wisconsin

This new three-story brick and stucco residence hall for 26 students, is designed as suites to foster community living. The project was successfully accomplished on a cramped urban site in the Prairie School style to satisfy a demanding historic district code. The first floor suite and common areas are fully barrier-free. The project includes balconies and a landscaped patio. With the owner's collaboration, less-toxic building materials were specified.
