Urban Service, Neighborhood Input
Madison, WI
The service station at this neighborhood location had a troubled past. So when a new owner arrived intending a fresh start, they needed a design for a new conveniece store that would meet the approval of a concerned, and staunchly watchful, group of neighbors. The final design, of substantial, clean proportions and durable materials, was chosen as a comfortable and contextual addition to the neighborhood.

With citizen input sessions, we explored multiple versions and rendered them realistically in-the-round in order for nearby neighbors to fully understand the potential impacts on their properties.
