This new home needed to fit on an oddly shaped and restricting riverfront site. The family wanted a traditional Tudor-style design that hides thoroughgoing energy-efficient detailing.
Sun-tempered means correct orientation of the house to the path of the sun, with careful window placement and design of overhangs and shading.
Below: The open interior plan features a sun tempered great room with 'faux' timber frame detailing and a second floor loft overlook. Master suite is on the first floor with a walk out basement for two more bedrooms and a sunny family room space oriented to great views.
