Above: Two of the existing old houses were refurbished -- the turn-of-the-century wood framed house at 124 South Mills (left) and the brick house at 120 South Mills (right), built in the 1920's. To better integrate the new construction with the old houses, we chose similar materials, using the brick color and texture from 120 and the siding type from 124.
